Host Your Team Building Event at Club ParLAEy
HOW CASINO TEAM BUILDING WORKS
We start by explaining the rules and guiding everyone through the games. Then, we form teams to foster teamwork and collaboration. In these teams, we discuss strategies and work together to get more chips. At the end of the event, the folks with the most chips win.
To keep the excitement going, we throw in some workplace-related trivia questions. Get them right, and you'll earn more chips!
TEAM BUILDING OBJECTIVES:
In our Team Building Program; we try to achieve 3 objectives.
Objective 1: Team leaders display proper delegation techniques when determining which participant on their team is knowledgeable about certain casino games.
Objective 2: Teams work together and create a strategy that best fits each game and execute that strategy successfully.
Objective 3: Teams display proper communication techniques during play when adjustments to strategies are necessary.
TYPICAL AGENDA & FLOW OF EVENTS
1. Welcome and Introduction
♠ Brief overview of the day's agenda and objectives.
♠ Introduction of facilitators and staff members.
2. The Games
♠ Introduction of how to play the selected games
♠ What are game odds for and against
ROUND 1 - Everyone plays; no assigned teams yet - all chips tallied at the end.
3. Team Formation
♠ Badges given out based on experience/knowledge of game (color coded)
♠ Determine how many people per team (based on # of attendees)
♠ Select a team leader for each team (appoint based on chip count)
ROUND 2 - Play in teams - Round Robin every 10 mins so every team gets a chance to play every game.
4. Game strategy discussion
♠ Teammates share the various strategies that were successful in their prior rounds to help the representatives of their team win the final round
5. Select Team for Final Round
♠ Top 2-3 players with the most chips from each team play in the final round
ROUND 3 (Final) - Teams divided among the tables - TEAMS FACE OFF
6. WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!
♠ Prize given to the winning team (prize provided by the company)
7. Blackjack Tournament with Card Counter Caddie (everyone invited to play)
*Food/catering may be served before or after the team building activity. Club Parlæy will only supply chairs and tables.
COSTS:
3 hour program: $1000 plus the below "*"
5 hour program: $1500 plus the below "*"
*10-20 people: 2 tables - additional $500
*20-30 people: 3 tables - additional $750
*30 people: 4 tables - additional $950
Cleaning Fee: $200
